When I recently reinstalled Windows, I discovered that the default for creating System Restore points is off (don't create). I turned it on and manually created a point. A couple of programs also created points before making changes to the registry. Yet, when I just clicked on System Restore, a message was displayed that there were no System Restore points. But when I checked, I found that 7MB of disk space allocated to System Restore were in use. I created another point and it now shows me that 9.67MB are in use. And when I click on System Restore, it shows me that last System Restore point. Why isn't it aware of the earlier points?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
